Artwork Guidelines
Clear black-and-white line artwork gives the best etching result. If you only have a photograph, sketch or reference image, our team will review whether it can be converted into an etching-friendly design.
Highly detailed photographs, shaded illustrations and very fine lines may need to be simplified.
Please Note
The final appearance, scale and placement of the design may vary depending on the shape and available etching area of the selected product.
The customisation charge may change depending on the complexity of the artwork and the number of products being personalised.
Once the final artwork has been approved, custom-designed products cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.
Treat kansa utensils affectionality and gently. Employ Mild detergent when washing them.

Will kansa or brass change colour over time?
Yes. Natural metals develop colour fading with exposure to air and usage. This is a normal and desirable characteristic of authentic metal and proves that its pure.
